How long does delivery take at Doro's Premium?
All products available in stock are usually shipped by A-mail (package). If you order before 12:00, your coffee delivery will arrive Monday through Friday within 2-3 business days.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes, the link to track your package has been sent to you in your confirmation email. If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery through it.
Are there any delivery charges for my order?
Shipping is free for orders worth 5000 MKD or more. For orders worth less, the cost is 250 MKD.
Are your coffee capsules compatible with all machines?
Our coffee capsules are compatible with most common machines, including Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and others. Please check the product description to make sure the capsules are compatible with your machine.
How do I best store Doro's Premium coffee beans and capsules?
We recommend storing coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Capsules should also be stored in a cool, dry place to preserve the freshness of the coffee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods, including credit card, PayPal and TWINT. The available options will be shown to you at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible to submit your request.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can order as many or as few products as you like.

How do I properly dispose of coffee capsules?
Our capsules are recyclable. Please dispose of them according to local recycling regulations. Some of our capsules are even biodegradable and can be disposed of in the organic waste.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service immediately to do so.
